Repair and appointment wait times are on a first come, first serve basis and may be longer than normal. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out directly to Apple. 
Apple offers mail-in repairs for all Mac computers, 2012 and newer. Repair requests can be completed through their support portal at www.apple.com/support.
